Do you accept online orders?

At this time, we do not accept online orders. All our orders are handled through our sales representatives.

What do I do if I have a problem with one of my orders?

At Cheeseline, we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer support. If you’re experiencing any type of problem related to our service, please contact us here immediately.

Do you provide merchandising services?

Yes, we do. We have our own in-house team of merchandisers dedicated to ensuring any products you order from Cheeseline are properly shelved and rotated. We also work with our partners to build the brands we represent.

Do you operate your own cold storage facilities and delivery trucks?

We maintain our own cold storages units in two locations with a total capacity of 2000m² and 2,000 pallets and deliver all our products in our own fleet of climate-controlled vans and trucks.

Is there a quantity limit when placing an order?

We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable requirements. Some limits apply.
